Buyers: Your closing team will be in touch regarding the specifics for your closing, but, buyers can expect to bring (1) government issued identification, (2) certified funds for closing, and (3) any outstanding requests or documentation.
Sellers: Your closing team will be in touch regarding the specifics for your closing, but, sellers can expect to bring (1) government issued identification, (3) copes of all keys, garage doors openers, codes for alarm systems, and/or other important information or items for the new homeowners.

Part of our job is to gather all information needed to issue settlement statements for closing. While there are many moving parts, we strive to send out final settlement statements as early as possible before closing. Your closing team will keep in touch to update you on the status of your final figures.
